Super Easy Chili Mac

What you need: 

1 pound elbow macaroni
2 (14.7 ounce) cans vegan chili (I use Amy's original medium chili)
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara (I like Newman's Own)
2/3 cup vegan cheese
1/2 cup fried onions (I use French's)
3 tablespoons bread crumbs

What you do: 

1. Preheat broiler. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine the chili and the marinara in a pot and warm it up. Be careful not to burn it as it will burn quickly and easily.
2. Drain pasta and combine the warm noodles and sauce in a casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle with vegan cheese, fried onions, and/or bread crumbs.
4. Broil for 1-2 minutes to melt cheese or brown the onions and/or crumbs.
