Sugar Free Vegan Pancakes.

What you need: 

1 cup all prurpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
2 tablespoons margarine

What you do: 

Mix all dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, salt) in a large bowl.
Microwave the 2 tbs. margarine for 30 seconds or till watery in a small/medium bowl. Stir in the the soy milk and maple syrup. Add to the dry ingredients and stir till smooth.
Cook on a lightly greased pan or griddle on medium heat.
