Strawberry \

What you need: 

3/4 cup soy milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
1 scoop strawberry protein powder
1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoon flax seed or bran or wheat germ-your call
1/4 cup granola or your preferred crunchy cereal
Stevia to taste (herbal sweetener)
banana-frozen or not, optional

What you do: 

Add all ingredients in your blender, might have to give it a few stirs as it is very thick. Put in your ice cream bowl and sprinkle with granola.
You can also pour half the ice cream in a bowl, add some granola, add rest of ice cream and sprinkle some granola on top.
This is quick, easy, and healthy and hits the spot when you crave something smooth and creamy!
