Spinach Dip

What you need: 

1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach
1 12 oz. container vegan sour cream
1 cup Vegenaise
1 packet Campbells dry onion soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion (use some of the green part too)

What you do: 

Thaw spinach, squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients together.
Chill overnight.
Serve with pita wedges, vegan crackers, vegan bread chunks.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

All I can say is YUMMY!! I made this for Superbowl and my non-veg buddies couldn't believe that it was no dairy. Thanks for sharing.
