Spicy Spinach Salad
balsamic vinegar, to taste
dijon mustard, to taste
handful baby spinach
2 baby carrots, chopped
2 crimini mushrooms, chopped
2 radishes, chopped
10 red/purple grapes, or to taste
1. In a bowl, mix together dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar.
2. Top spinach with carrots, mushrooms, and radish.
3. Add preferred amount of grapes.
4. Drizzle with balsamic mustard.
Its really easy, but really delicious.
