Spicy Cilantro White Bean Dip

What you need: 

2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 small hot pepper, deseeded
1 15.5 oz can white beans, drained w/ liquid reserved
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons lime juice

What you do: 

Combine the first three ingredients in a food processor and process until they are finely diced. Add the next three ingredients and process until smooth. Add the reserved bean liquid only if needed to get a smooth consistency.
Serve with veggies, corn chips, or crackers.

This is great!  I'm so happy I decided to try this!
I've never made anything out of white beans before so I was a little afraid.....I doubled the recipe, but even with 2 jalapenos, it was barely spicy.  It was weird.
I think my jalapenos were bunk.
But this is a very versatile recipe that I plan to use all the time.  Thanks!

DELICIOUS! I did make it without cilantro though...cause I'm not a fan.

Yummy.

I added a little more citrus juice, and some salt and pepper.
