Spiced Cucumber Salad

What you need: 

3 cucumbers, quartered lengthwise, then sliced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot soybean paste
few drops lemon juice

What you do: 

1. Place cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle evenly with salt; let stand for 15 minutes. Rinse cucumber with water, then dry.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
3. Chill before serving.
