Spiced Brown Rice and Vegetable Bowl!

What you need: 

1 (14 1/2) can corn, rinsed (fresh would be better)
1 (14 ounce) can black olives, rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed
1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, divided
1 tablespoon wheat germ powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
sprinkle basil flakes
sprinkle parsley flakes
sprinkle hot sauce
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
2-3 tablespoons vegan ranch
sprinkle turmeric

What you do: 

1. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, olives and black beans. You can break apart the olive if you want.
2. Mix together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, wheat germ, flax seeds, garlic, onion, cumin, sesame seeds, thyme, basil, parsley and the sprinkle of hot sauce; set aside.
3. In another bowl, mix together cooked rice, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, ranch and turmeric. Microwave for about 45 seconds stopping in intervals to stir. Do not heat to the point of being really hot, we just want it to be warm.
4. In serving bowl, combine the vegetable mix, sauce, and rice together and serve! Enjoy!
