Soy Sauce-Free Breakfast Tofu Scramble

What you need: 

1/4 slab extra firm tofu, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
few drops sesame seed oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon Asian hot chili sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
garlic powder and onion powder to taste (a few shakes each should do it)

What you do: 

Put the oils in a pan.
Add crumbled tofu and other ingredients.
Stir with heat on high for 5-10 minutes until piping hot and liquid has mostly evaporated.
Enjoy with toast and tea!
