Soy Balls

What you need: 

1 1/2 cups soy protein
3 cups boiled water
3-5 tablespoons chick pea flour
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon each pepper, salt and sage
1 tablespoon soya sauce or Braggs
3 small toasted pieces of sourdough bread ripped up into small pieces

What you do: 

Poor boiled water over soy protein and let soak for about 5 minutes. drain, rinse [with cold water] and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Mix all the ingredients. Add more chick pea flour if needed. Mixture should be sticking to spoon and able to form into balls.
Fry them up and use on spaghetti or double the recipe and make into a soy loaf.
