South of the Border Fruit Punch

What you need: 

1 banana
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 - 12 ounce can lemon-lime soft drink
1/2 liter vegan lemon sherbert or sorbet

What you do: 

1) Puree the banana in a blender. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice and blend. Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soft drink and mix well. Put a spoonful of lemon sherbet in each glass and fill with punch.
