Sort-of Healthy Cream (Icing)

What you need:

1 very ripe banana
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1-1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon stevia
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

What you do:

1. In a bowl, mash banana.
2. Add in the following order: agave, vanilla extract, and then stevia.
3. Blend with the mixer. Once thoroughly blended, mix in peanut butter. If you need the cream to be more like a ‘icing,’ then whip in another 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
4. Spread the cream over banana or peanut butter cookies or cupcakes; or eat as a dipping snack with bananas.
Source of recipe: I have been obsessed with making cream/icing as a dipping snack for bananas. And I usually use vegetable shortening or margarine, so after much trial-and-error to develop a healthier option, I've presented a mixture of health conscience ingredients.
