Slow Cooker Cinnamon n' Raisin Steel Cut Oats

What you need: 

1 cup steel cut oats
4 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins

What you do: 

Place all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours while you sleep. By morning...SCRUMPTIOUS! I usually add a little vanilla soy milk to mine after it's done cooking.
Serving size is 1 Cup...makes about 4 to 5 servings.
