Simple Tangy Gaucamole (the way Alilia likes it)

What you need:

2 ripe avocados, pitted (not over-ripe)
2 large cloves garlic
5 key or 1 to 2 persian limes
salt, to taste

What you do:

1. Scoop avocado flesh from skin with a soup spoon and place on a large plate; mash with fork.
2. Squeeze the juice out of the limes onto the mashed avocado. With a garlic press, squeeze the garlic onto the mashed avocado (or finely chop the garlic). Sprinkle salt over the entire plate making sure not to miss a section of avocado.
3. Stir and mash with a fork until all ingredients are mixed well & avocado is creamy.
4. Taste on a chip. If it's not tangy enough, add more lime. If it's not salty enough, add more salt. If it's not garlicky enough, add more garlic. Yum! Enjoy. Try to share some with a friend or a neighbor. They will want to take some with them.
This goes great with corn chips or in a layered bean dip or in burritos or on tacos. Please post other ideas below. Thanks!
