1 or 2 carrots
1 celery stalk
Some broccoli (it depends on choice)
Some peas (it depends on choice
Any other vegetables
Any seasonings that fit your taste, I like some Garlic Powder
Cut up the celery and carrots to a size of your own personal choice. Put 1 tablespoon of canola or vegetable oil in a wok and then mix in the vegetables, and seasonings. Cook on medium heat for about 7 or 8 minutes, it depends on taste. The peas cook fast, so you might want to add them in towards the end so they don't burn too bad.
