Seriously Addictive Carrot Salad

What you need: 

6 carrots
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 to 2 teaspoons sugar
White wine vinegar, to taste

What you do: 

I have to warn you that unless you like your vinegar and garlic you might not like this one. Those who do...prepare to be addicted!
1) Grate the carrots. Crush the garlic cloves into the carrots. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar - this is just to bring out the 'natural sweetness' of the carrots. Add the vinegar to taste according to how strong you want it.
A quick and easy delish meal.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I didn't care for this one--as is--but I think it would be fine if the cloves were baked to soften the flavor (I do love garlic, but not like that.).
