The Sensitive Stomach Smoothie
lite silken tofu (1/2 package)
slices of frozen banana (about 1/2 a banana)
1/4 cup non-dairy milk (preferably plain)
Put it all in the blender and let 'er rip!
Blend this really well so that there are no tofu chunks in your drink.
There is not a ton of flavour to this (unless you add more banana), but it is nice to be able to have something more filling than clear soup and applesauce when you're eating only simple foods.
