Sea Asparagus Pasta

What you need:

1/3 pound whole wheat linguini
1 1/2 cups sea asparagus
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons garlic chives
4 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon olive oil

What you do:

1) Soak sea asparagus for at least 1 hour in cold water before cooking.
2) Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook linguini for 9 minutes, or until tender. Strain and rinse with cool water.
3) While the pasta boils, mince the garlic and sea asparagus. In a skillet, heat oil and saute the garlic until it changes color and becomes fragrent. Add sea asparagus and saute for about 8 minutes. Add basil and galic chives and saute for one minute.
4) Add pasta to the pan and saute with the sea asparagus until the past is warm. Enjoy!
Source of recipe: When I was at a Market i found a little stand that was selling vegetables. One of the items they were selling was sea asparagus. I was trying to think of a way to use this item and decided to make this pasta.
