Scotts Singapore Fried Noodles

What you need: 

1 lb dried vermicelli
4 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 a little spice bottle of curry powder (at least)
1 teaspoon veggie-vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Chinese vegan cooking wine (vegan white wine will do)
10 scallions
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
any other vegetables you like

What you do: 

Cook vermicelli and set aside.
Combine the oil, Worcester sauce, curry powder, soy and vegan wine. Heat this mixture in a wok (or large frying pan... VERY large). Chop onion, scallions, garlic and all other veggies thinly, and add to the wok. Onions and garlic should go in first, then other veggies such as peppers, and finally scallions. When the onion is transparent, add the vermicelli along with a splash more oil and some more curry powder.
The wok should be very hot at this point - just stir briskly until the vermicelli starts to darken and its done.
Mmm mmm.
