36 vegan wonton wrappers
14 ounces vegan sausage (I use Gimme Lean)
2 bell peppers, diced ( I use 1 red and 1 yellow)
1 cup prepared vegan ranch dressing
1/4 cup cheddar shredded vegan cheese
1. Spray cupcake pans and lightly push the wonton wrappers in each cup. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Crumble the vegan sausage and brown in a skillet with the peppers. This will take about 5 minutes. Pour the sausage mixture into another bowl and stir in the ranch and cheese.
3. Pop the wonton wrappers in the oven for 3 minutes, just to crisp them up a bit. Fill each wrapper with a spoonful of the vegan sausage mixture and bake 5 minutes.
We bake each individual pan by itself just to be perfectly centered. Take out and enjoy! I like them cold the best, but either way, they're amazing!
