Sausage rolls

What you need: 

1 can red kidney beans
1 1/2 - 2 Cups cooked brown or red rice
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons miso paste
1/4 Cup of Golden Mountain sauce (can use Tamari also)
1 Teaspoon tumeric
1 Teaspoon cumin powder
2 squares frozen vegan puff pastry

What you do: 

Place all ingredients into a food processor (minus the puff pastry of course). To make the rolls I quater the puff pastry squares into 4 smaller squares. Place mixture long ways across the pastry and roll. Where the pastry doubles will be the bottom of the roll. Cook in oven until golden.
I freeze the cooked left overs and take to work, put in microwave for 2 mins.
