1 - 750 milliliter bottle red wine (I like Livingston Cellars Red Rose)
1 orange, sliced
2 limes, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 small apple, sliced
1 small peach, sliced
Sweetener of choice, to taste
2 tablespoons brandy
Clear soda (like 7 Up or Sprite)
1) Mix vegan wine, fruit, sweetener and brandy in a pitcher and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next day mix it with soda to taste and ice and serve.
Use whatever fruit and vegan wine you happen to like. Mangoes and pineapple would probably be great in this too.
