SO HOW'D IT GO?

Ahhhhh! such a great salad, but note: israeli's don't peel the cucumbers! that's where all the nutrients lie! and Olive Oil is the most commonly used in Israel. Some Tahina (homemade) recommended on the side of any Israeli dish: Find some raw sesame seed mix (Tahina), mix with a bit of water (not too much, you don't want it to be soup), add chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil (just a bit), and cilantro. mix till it's creamy. if it's like soup, add more tahina, if too thick add more water. Minced spicy peppers recommended. בתי אבון חברי
