Salad Juice

What you need: 

Lots of greens (spinach, chard, arugula, kale, etc.)
1 radish
1 carrot
1 red beet
1 tomato
1 to 2 stalks celery
1 cucumber
Handful sprouts
1 tablespoon oil (i like flax or avocado)
Dash vinegar

What you do: 

1) Juice the veggie ingredients. Stir in oil and vinegar.
Viola! Salad and dressing in drinkable form! :) enjoy.
