Salad Italiano, "Pizza" Salad

What you need: 

baby romaine leaves
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1/4 cup pine nuts
4 sun-dried tomato slices (in oil), diced
2 thin slices yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
nutritional yeast (optional)
basil, to taste
oregano, to taste
parsley, to taste

What you do: 

Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Enjoy.
