Russet Potato Wedges

What you need: 

- 4 medium russet potatoes

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 4 cloves of garlic minced and mashed

- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

- 1/2 tsp dried oregano

- 1/2 tsp dried thyme

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp salt

preheat oven to 425 fahrenheit

What you do: 

Wash potatoes. Cut potato in half, then in four wedges. Add them to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss. Line a sheet pan with foil. Place potatoe wedges skin side down on foil. Bake for 35 minutes or until well browned.
