Roasted White and Sweet Potatoes
4-6 large baking potatoes, cubed
4-6 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 bunch green onions, sliced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning blend (I use Mrs. Dash table blend)
1/4 cup olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place all ingredients except olive oil in 9x13" casserole.
2. Drizzle olive oil over, and stir to coat well. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
