Rice Milk

What you need: 

1/2 cup long grain uncooked rice
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

What you do: 

You need a blender for this recipe.
Boil 2 cups of filtered water. Add 1/2 cup of rice. Add 1/4 cup sugar Add 1 teaspoon vanilla Reduce heat to a medium/low setting. I stir it every few minutes.
Cook until the water is almost gone. Just make sure you don't burn the rice. (OK to leave just a very little)
Spoon the rice into the blender. Add 3 cups of cold filtered water. Blend on high for about 3-5 minutes. Pour into suitable container. Add 4 more cups of water and shake.
