Refried Bean Soup

What you need: 

2 cans nonfat pinto refried beans
1 small can green chilis..chopped or whole
salt (to taste)
onion powder (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
cayenne ground red pepper (to taste)
2 cans (the refried bean cans) of hot water
optional: chopped onion, chopped tomaotes, vegan soy cheese
taco chips crushed

What you do: 

Empty the contents of the 2 cans of refried beans into a blender. Add can of green chilies with the liquid. Add the 2 cans of hot water (use the empty bean cans). Add as much of the powders and salt and cayenne pepper to "possible" taste. Start with less spices and add more after blending the whole mixture to smooth.
Transfer to either a big bowl to microwave all together, or pour into saucepan and heat slowly stirring often, or just pour in mugs and heat in microwave..very good and warm and spicy and healthy
