Refreshing Cactus & Fruit Smoothie

What you need: 

2 bananas, peeled, cut into chunks
1 handful of strawberries (or other berries)
1 small coville barrel cactus
1 cup of pineapple juice
1 dash of lime juice

What you do: 

1. Put bananas in a blender, together with the strawberries. 
2. Remove the outer layer of the coville cactus (be careful with the spines!). Put the cactus flesh in with the other ingredients inside the blender. 
3. Blend for a few seconds. Add the pineapple juice and blend again until the desired consistency is attained. Season with lime juice.
