Red Hot Gazpacho

What you need: 

1 cucumber
1 medium onion
1 large tomato
3 cup V-8 juice
3 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
squirt of lemon juice
dash of cayenne

What you do: 

Dice vegetables and place half in blender with 1 c V-8 juice and 1 c tomato juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into container and add remainder of diced vegetables and juice. Taste and add more seasonings if desired. Chill several hours. Serve with topping of croutons or sesame sticks.
