Carrot / Vegetable JuiceIngredients (use vegan versions): 6 to 8 carrots
1 stalk of celery (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 or 2 beet(s)
some green leaves from spinach, kale, lettuce or cabbage
Directions:Run 6 to 8 carrots, 1 stalk of celery (cut into 1 inch pieces), along with 1 or 2 beet(s) in addition to some green leaves from spinach, kale, lettuce or cabbage through a juicer. You may vary the number of veggies as well as the quantity to create many different flavors. Find out which combinations you do like best. Enjoy!

I tried this, thought it was very wierd, and then heated it up in a saucepan with some black pepper. Delicious accidental soup!
