Raw Zuppa di Pomodoro

What you need: 

2 to 3 Roma tomatoes
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar or sherry
1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 cup chopped olives
Salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1) Blend all ingredients except the diced tomatoes and olives until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with diced tomato and olives.
This makes a great plain tomato soup as well but up the salt if you make it plain!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I just made this, and although I am not a raw food eating vegan (forgive me, I've forgotten the correct term), this was very good with the onion mixed in.
