Raw Stuffed Red Pepper

What you need: 

1 red pepper, top cut off
1/2 cup almonds
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
sea salt, to taste
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons water
nutritional yeast, to taste

What you do: 

1. Add almonds through water to a blender or food processor, and blend until nice and chunky.
2. Put mixture into the red pepper and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top, or use a nice cheeze sauce.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Pretty good. I left out the nooch, I think next time I'll add a little green onion and maybe more garlic.
