Raw Nana Mylk

What you need: 

1 banana, frozen
1/2 to 1 cup water
cinnamon (optional)

What you do: 

1) Place banana and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water, if desired, to adjust consistency. Once blended, add cinnamon is you like that. This does not save well so only make what you need!!
Source of recipe: I wanted a "milk" to eat with raw cereal so after doing a bit of searching and experimenting I decided this was the tastiest version!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was really yummy! I needed a raw milk for my chia pudding, and as I don't have a Vitamix, I'm kind of limited on my options (the Magic Bullet just can't get it done!). I did one big banana (not frozen) and a cup of water, and it was perfect. Perfect sweetness, very creamy. I'll be making this often.
