Raw Easy Lasagne

What you need: 

3 zucchini

loads of cherry tomatos

1 bell peper

1 avocado

2 cups mushrooms

argula

pinenuts

fresh basil 

nutrition yeast (optional)

What you do: 

1. Slice the zucchini

2. Blend the avocado, yeast, basil and some of the pine nuts wih some water, this will be the sauce

3. Cut the tomato's, bell peper and mushrooms

4. layer the zucchini, than some sauce en than the vegatables, repeat.

5. Topping: pinenuts and some yeast and your done!
