Raw 30 second sesame milk

What you need: 

1 cup soaked sesame seeds
2 cups water
2 pitted dates

What you do: 

1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend in short bursts until desired consistency, so that the machine/blades don't overheat above 110 degrees F.
Sesame seeds are very high in natural absorbable calcium, B vitamins, minerals (manganese, iron, copper etc), and antioxidants. Dates are for taste, and you can always substitute whatever sweetener you want.
