Quinoa and the Kitchen Sink

What you need: 

Quinoa (follow directions on quinoa)

any vegetables you need to use (I used mushrooms, onions, garlic, yellow bell pepper, and spinach)

olive oil

salt

pepper

any other spices you want to use (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, curry powder)

What you do: 

Follow directions to make quinoa and sauté vegetables in a separate pan with olive oil. Cut vegetables all around the same size so they cook evenly. Add seasoning and YUM!
