Quick Ranch and Mozzarella Brown Rice

What you need: 

1 cup cooked brown rice
1-2 tablespoons vegan ranch
1-2 tablespoons vegan shredded mozzarella cheese

What you do: 

1. If rice is cold, warm it up for about 1 minute in a serving bowl.
2. Once rice is heated, mix in ranch and cheese.
3. Reheat a bit if you like the cheese more melty and enjoy!
