Quick & Easy Grubbin Pancakes

What you need: 

1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup tofu (firm)
1/2 cup bran cereal/oats/cereal you like
vanilla extract to taste
any cinnamon/spice you like taste

What you do: 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then cook on the griddle. Enjoy with topping of your choice.
