Quick, Delicious and Easy Pasta

What you need:

2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
one clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pasta of choice

What you do:

Cook pasta according to directions.
While the pasta is cooking, roughly chop up the tomatoes to bite-sized pieces. Chop the celery into small pieces as well. Chop the garlic into very fine pieces and mix all of it in a bowl with the olive oil and salt. Absolutely quick, easy and wonderful!
The pasta should be done by now. Simply pour the pasta together with the vegetables and stir.
It is so easy to make, and I can make it on days when my mother goes on a strike and refuses to cook. Bahh.
This serves one person, and to get a rough idea of how much pasta you need, take a big bowl, pour the uncooked pasta inside till it fills about 1/4 of the bowl. Because the pasta expands when it cooks, you'll get a big bowl of pasta when its done. enjoy your meal! :)

Yum yum yum, very good...I think my high-end olive oil balanced my wilted celery. One suggestion...the sauce should be warmed a bit before you stick with the pasta, otherwise it gets cold pretty fast.

This was absolutely perfect for a quick meal. It was fast, simple, and tasted amazing. I wasn't even very hungry at the time I made it, but I couldn't stop munching on it! By the time I forced myself to stop almost half of it was gone! Definitely a recipe to remember for the next time I get too lazy to make a full out dinner.
