Quick Chocolate Pancakes (without common egg replacers)

What you need:

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (I used spelt)
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons plain cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener
warm water
spices (I used: cinnamon, chili flakes, vanilla essence, some balsamico-yes balsamico vinegar!)
oil for the pan (so it doesn't stick to it)

What you do:

Heat the (very) lightly-oiled pan mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and pour in warm water until the mixture is creamy (a bit liquid too). Wait until the bubbles burst on the surface. Flip. Eat.
The cocoa serves as binder. I loved these pancakes. Serve with strawberry puree!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Made a double batch using spelt flour, they were delicious. First pancake stuck to the pan badly, even with spray oil, so used baking paper thereafter which worked very well. Served with fresh blueberries and strawberries and real maple syrup! YumSmile
