Quick and healthy egg replacer

What you need:

1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup water or nondairy milk (I recommend coconut milk)

What you do:

1. Place fruits, then liquid in blender and puree until thick and smooth.
2. I store mine in jars, but you have to use it quickly or it will get runny and watery!
You can mix and match dried fruits.
Source of recipe: I was looking for an egg replacer and this turned out to work beautifully for hinting baked goods with a very slight fruity flavor.
