Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake!

What you need: 

1/2 cup of sugar
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin
1 cup of soy milk (plain)
1/2 block silken tofu
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 container of vegan cream cheese
1 tablespoon (or more) of maple syrup
Keebler Graham Cracker Crust

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients (excluding crust, of course) in blender until creamy texture. Pour mixture into crust and place in the oven at about 400 degrees for 45 min - 1 hr 30 min (check in between time to make sure pie is becoming firm) Place in fridge overnight then get ready to indulge!!!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Man, I came on her today to post my first recipe.... for pumpkin cheescake.  But then I realized that you and I make nearly the same pumpkin cheesecake recipe.  Except I load up heavy on the creamcheese and maple syrup. 

Oh well.  This pie is SO good and everyone should make it!!!

Anywho, I'm posting a picture.  A pie this good deserves a picture =)
