Pumpkin Fava Bean Hummus

What you need: 

1 Cup Fava Beans

1/2 Cup Fresh Pumpkin Puree

1 Tbsp. Tahini

2 Tsp. Curry Powder

2 Limes Juiced

1 Tsp. Garlic

Salt to Taste

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients in food processor until blended smoothly, or chunky! However you like.

 

Enjoy with your favorite raw veggies or bread variations!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Since pumpkin is the most nutritious veg item I have ever come across it lacks taste more over it is often given to old people for making them free from diseases. The pumpkin banana fusion has been a challenge for me.
