Powerhouse Microwave TVP with Quinoa

What you need: 

1/2 cup dry textured soy protein
1/2 Tablespoon dried minced garlic (or fresh garlic equivalent)
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon Braggs liquid aminos (I used one packet)
1/2 cup + 1-2 Tablespoons water
1 cup cooked quinoa

What you do: 

Combine textured soy protein, garlic, nutritional yeast, and liquid aminos in a microwavable bowl. Add water and stir.
Microwave for two minutes on high or until water is mostly absorbed.
Stir in quinoa and cook for an additional three minutes or until quinoa is warm.
This recipe is open for variations and I encourage suggestions for other ingredients to add!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was great and easy! I didn't have nooch which would have made it sooooo much better. I also added refried and black beans and taco sauce to make it a little more southwesterny. SO MUCH PROTEIN!
