Power Smoothie

What you need: 

1 Pink Lady apple - peeled and chopped
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut milk or raw coconut cream
soy milk

What you do: 

Blend ingredients until smooth, adding as much soy milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
