2 slices vegan rye bread
1/4 cup hummus
2 to 3 baby portobello mushrooms, cleaned
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 slice vegan "cheese"
1) Spread the hummus evenly on both slices of bread and add "cheese". Slice mushrooms thinly and place on cheese. Add alfalfa sprouts and top with second slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
You could also add avocado.
