Pita with Hummus, Veggies and Sprouts

What you need: 

1 pita (I use whole wheat)
hummus
alfalfa sprouts
spinach and/or your favorite salad greens
pine nuts (optional)
any additional veggies you might want (bell peppers and red onion are great)

What you do: 

I use this hummus recipe, but any hummus will do. http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7260.0
Spread the hummus on the pita. Sprinkle with pine nuts, if desired (I like the extra crunch).
Top with lots of alfalfa sprouts, spinach and/or lettuce and any desired veggies.
Fold like a taco and enjoy!
