Phoebe's Flexible Sandwich Spread

What you need: 

1 can chickpeas
1 or 2 veggies: celery, onion, bell pepper, pickles, etc.
1/2 cup or more vegan mayonnaise (Vegenaise) or salad dressing
seasoning: salt and pepper, garlic, dill, curry, turmeric, etc.

What you do: 

Pour drained beans in a bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork until chunky. Stir in everything else. Serve as sandwich spread or with dipping crackers.
